When the Coral Gables Safety Building that houses the police and fire department HQ, we partnered with the developers to complete the post construction clean of the building, exterior windows, along with the pressure washing of the roof and parking garage. 

The Standard is a brand new residential complex in beautiful Coral Gables, FL. Located next to University of Miami's campus, this complex includes apartment units, amenities, fitness center, retail storefronts and a parking garage to accompany it. We partnered with the developers to handle the post construction clean, exterior windows, and parking garage pressure cleaning. 

Regatta Harbour is a modern styled parking garage with retail spaces on it's ground level. The aesthetic of the garage is given by the stainless-steel mesh that hugs each level of the parking garage to give the images of seaplanes to compliment the modern architecture and waterfront property.  We partnered with the developers on the rust removal cleaning of the stainless steal mesh once the garage was ready for opening.  

Cambria Suites is a boutique hotel located in sunny Fort Lauderdale, FL. This beautiful building on A1A that offers rooms, amenities, in house restaurant and a fitness center . We partnered with the developers on the post construction clean & exterior windows.

Regalia is a waterfront 46 story residential building. We partnered with the development group to do the full Post-Construction clean for this high profile project.

When the Orlando City Soccer Club built their new state of the art facility, we partnered with the developers for portions of their post-construction clean.

Altís is a beautiful Residential Complex in sunny Boca Raton, FL. We were involved in the Post-Construction clean of this 398 unit property. We were also involved in the clean of the 19 amenity areas.

This Courtyard by Marriott went through an extensive renovation, which we were involved in with our Post-Construction clean. This 200 Room, 20 Story hotel involved final cleaning and interior and exterior windows.

Dania Pointe is a 102-acre premier mixed-use development with almost 1 million square feet of retail and restaurants in addition to Class A offices, hotels, luxury apartments and public event space. We were involved with the Post Construction of their retail buildings, bowling alley, and common areas including store fronts and pressure cleaning of roadways, parking lots and sidewalks. 

The Northbridge Centre is a 21-story, Class A office building located in Downtown West Palm Beach. Also known as the Darth Vader building because of its all black exterior windows. We were involved with the Post-Construction clean of the building including its 60 ft. internal atrium steel structure, glass bridge and interior & exterior windows of glass offices.
